The core moving mechanism is responsible for moving the finished sand core out of the enclosure to facilitate the core taking operation. When making the core using the commonly used horizontal parting mold opening process, it is also responsible for ejecting the sand core attached to the bottom template. When producing sand cores of larger size or weight, taking into account convenience, speed and safety, core removal is an indispensable design.
The action sequence of the machine's normal core making work is as shown in the figure below:
Move the core in → horizontally clamp the mold → put the shooting head in place → tighten → shoot sand → loosen → return the shooting head → add sand
→Cure→Mold opening→Core ejection→Core removal→Coring
Body structure
The fuselage structure is composed of a machine base, columns and upper frame. It is mainly a frame structure fixed with square tube welding parts and bolts. The firmness and processing accuracy of the fuselage mechanism are the basis for the stable and long-term operation of a mechanical equipment. This equipment uses solid materials and selects high-quality, thick profiles and plates. All mounting surfaces and joint surfaces are planed and milled to ensure dimensional accuracy. Key positions are heat treated to remove internal welding stress, improve the fatigue strength of the structure, and prevent Deformation affects equipment performance.
Sand shooting and air blowing mechanism
The sand shooting and air blowing mechanism is installed in a suspended manner on the walking rail fixed on the upper frame to execute sand shooting and air blowing.
When working, the structure is pushed by the cylinder to the central working position, and the cylinder is pressed to perform a downward pressing action, so that the sand-shooting plate or air-blowing plate fits the upper surface of the mold, and the corresponding sand-shooting or air-blowing action is started to complete the above tasks. , and then return to the starting position of the core shooting machine after releasing the pressing cylinder. After the sand shooting mechanism returns to the position, the sand gate under the hopper automatically opens, and the coated sand falls into the sand shooting barrel again to prepare for the next sand shooting work.
